Just like you brush daily, wash daily for cleansing your body the same way you have to keep some mental and emotional hygiene too. Practicing meditation daily is really very good for your mind. We usually don't pay much attention to our mind, but we carry it everywhere we go. It's really good to practice at least one 20 mins daily meditation, but weekly, it is also good practice to connect with others and share your discoveries, challenges and enjoy the support of shared energy.
