MAKE A NEW FRIEND
Today, Let's meet someone! Spend time with people who are good for your mental health.
Follow your intuition and meet a new friend. Start a conversation with a smile, talk to someone on the train, bus, or at the shops. And see what happens.
END A TOXIC RELATIONSHIP
Today, end one or several negative relationships. Unfollow, block or Say NO to negative people that pull you down when you are up. Be a bucket filler not a dipper. Start now and keep going!
Today, spend time at least 30 min to study something that would make you better at your job, in your relationship or for your personal development.
SAY THANK YOU
To everyone who deserves it. Today, call your mum and dad, your husband or wife, your kids, your friends. Say thank you to the rare individuals into your life who have listened without judgment, and understood without expectation. A colleague who supports you at work.
MAKE A PLAYLIST
Make a playlist of all your favourite happy upbeat music. Look for music which makes you feel active and happy, loved and connected to happy memories.
Make a list of 5 things you love about yourself and put it on the mirror to remind yourself of these strengths each day.
Today, every time you look in the mirror, look into your eyes, and say "I love and approve of myself."
Today, connect with the gifts of nature and acknowledge that this has been placed there just for you to see, feel, hear, and receive.
Today is about valuing your ability to say NO. Take time to evaluate whether something is adding value to you, if you want to do it, remember that you only have 24 hours a day, so make them all count for you.
Today don't rush! Wake up early, meditate, make your bed, take time to eat a healthy breakfast, go for a run or read a book or do some gardening, Do something different.
Change your morning routine!
People have a hard time forgiving. Today, you should release the heavy feeling and let it go. Take time to write it down and cut or burn this paper to release it. Consider calling and sharing this with them. DO IT TO FREE YOURSELF!
Say thank you for what you already have. Recognise the gifts in your life now?
Today, make a list of your successes small or big and learn to be grateful for it.
NO NEGATIVE THOUGHT
Today, try saying nothing negative and watch your life change. Pay attention to your inner voice and stop any negative self-talk, stop complaining; instead, be positive, and attract blessings. Catch negative self talk and replace it with three positive thoughts.
Today, look around your spaces where you live, work, and play. Find items and objects which are no longer bringing you joy or make a decision to declutter this space by putting away things you don't use often. Make room for the new by letting go of the old.
Take 10-15 minutes time out for yourself in the middle of the day to reset and connect with your self and your heart. Have a break and step outside in nature, look out the window and take check of how you feel.
NOTE TO SELF
Write a note to yourself, "I am enough, I am amazing, Love is my super power." and place it on the fridge so everytime you go there, read it, smile to yourself and love yourself.
Today, consciously tread lightly with your steps. Be aware of your body as you walk through the many environments of your day.
PAY IT FORWARD
Today, give another an act of kindness, to someone either friend or unknown by paying it forward. Acknowledging the work of a coworker with a kind note of recognition to a boss. Paying for someones lunch, a gift of a coffee, something small or big, it is the act of 'paying it forward'.
Focus on Following, Liking, and filtering your social media channels to bring more positive images, affirmations and memes into your social feeds. Remove any which you feel don't build you up and make you feel better about yourself.
CHANGING A BAD HABIT
Today, identify bad habits such as watching TV, browsing social media, unhealthy foods, alcohol, procrastination and get rid of it. Understand what triggers your bad habits. Go slow and make a sustainable change. Keep going until you create a new habit. Consider pairing with something else to remind you of your commitment.
Today, you have to do something NEW. It can be a new experience, a new place, new event, new something. Let's see what great opportunities are going to fall to you.
Today, it's time change your diet routine. Try to eat a plant-based healthy morning breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner, and see how you feel at the end of the day. Do no harm today.
When we help others, we help ourselves. So today, give yourself time to help someone else. Eg: homeless, offer a coffee & learn more about their story and see if you can help them, or give away clothes, etc
Watch a funny movie, read some memes, a hilarious Youtube compilation, and get the belly muscles going. Laugh till you cry and enjoy every moment, and share this joy with friends.
CREATE A DANCE PLAYLIST
Remember all your favourite dance music and create a playlist. Once completed, play it loud and dance like nobody is watching. Do this often to get your energy flowing.
POWER OF LOVE
Today, place your hands over your heart, and say to yourself, "I love myself." three times out loud. Take ten deep breathes and feel the love which sits within you.
Today, stop what you are doing and take 20 slow deep breaths. Breath in kindness, and breath out joy. Repeat again during the day before you go to bed.
BE A GIFT
Share yourself with a smile today. As you walk down the street, on the train, at the shops, look into someone's eyes and smile, and share the kindness within you. Allow the love which sits within you to flow out to the other person.
DARE TO DREAM
Visualise yourself as the person you'd like to become and let's rewrite your story together. Connect with us for a SESSION and set goals that make you jump out of bed every morning with more love, purpose and success in your life.
