About The Event

Everyone has heard of the benefits of meditation - reduce stress, improve health, feel more relaxed and calmer, able to focus better, etc.; however, many people feel that it is difficult to meditate because their mind seems too busy thinking. In this 4-week program, learn what meditation is and how to meditate properly from our highly experienced facilitators. Start a regular meditation practice and see how your health and life improves.
